Readings
All tarot readings are prepared personally for each individual client. Because work begins promptly after your booking is confirmed, you expressly request and agree — by completing your purchase — that preparation begins immediately. By doing so, you acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Once a reading has been delivered, no refunds are available.
If you have paid for a reading but wish to cancel before work has begun, please contact us immediately at kristetarot@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate a cancellation at this stage, but cannot guarantee this once the reading has been started.
Rituals
Rituals are performed on weekends only between 6 PM and 9 PM UK time. If you wish to cancel a ritual booking, you must contact us before the ritual is performed — i.e. before the weekend session following your booking.
Cancellation requests received before the ritual has been performed will be eligible for a full refund. Once a ritual has been performed, no refund is available.
To cancel a ritual, contact us at kristetarot@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Non-delivery
If you have not received your reading or ritual confirmation within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us at kristetarot@gmail.com. In the event of non-delivery caused by our error, a full refund or re-delivery will be offered.
Dissatisfaction
We take every reading seriously and put genuine care into our work. However, because tarot is an interpretive practice, we are unable to offer refunds on the basis that a reading did not resonate or was not what you expected. If you have a concern about your reading, please reach out to us directly — we are always happy to discuss.
How to contact us
For any cancellation requests or refund queries, email us at kristetarot@gmail.com. Please include your name, the service purchased and your order reference if available.
