About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Tarot by Kriste and the purchase of readings and rituals. By placing a booking, you agree to these terms in full. Tarot by Kriste is operated as a sole trader in the United Kingdom.

Our services

Tarot by Kriste offers private intuitive tarot readings and personal rituals, delivered by email. All readings are prepared personally by Kriste for the individual client.

Readings and rituals are for personal insight, reflection and spiritual exploration only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or mental-health advice. Nothing communicated through a Tarot by Kriste reading should be treated as fact, prediction or professional guidance.

Age requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a reading or ritual. By placing a booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Booking and payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) inclusive of any applicable taxes. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Card details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored by Tarot by Kriste.

Delivery

Readings are delivered as a detailed written interpretation to the email address provided at the time of booking. You do not need to attend a live session, video call or telephone consultation.

Delivery timeframes: One Question within 48 hours; Deep Dive Reading within 3 working days. Delivery times begin after successful payment and receipt of your booking information. Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Rituals are performed privately on your behalf on weekends between 6 PM and 9 PM UK time. Written email confirmation is sent after completion.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information (particularly your email address) at the time of booking. Tarot by Kriste cannot be held responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address.

The question or context you provide is used solely to personalise your reading. You are not required to share any information you are not comfortable sharing.

Limitation of liability

Tarot by Kriste accepts no responsibility for any decisions made, actions taken or outcomes arising from a reading or ritual. Tarot is an interpretive tool and does not predict the future. All readings reflect perspective and possibility, not certainty.

Intellectual property

All readings prepared by Tarot by Kriste are created personally for the individual client and are for personal use only. They may not be reproduced, published, sold or distributed without prior written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
